This document constitutes Realco.co.id Site Service Usage Agreement (“Agreement”) between you as a user of the Realco.co.id site and us / PT. Realco Winta Indonesia (“RWI”) is the Realco.co.id site manager.

Before using the Realco.co.id Site Services, you must read, understand and agree to all the terms and conditions below. Please read the contents of this Agreement carefully. By
continuing to use the Realco.co.id site, you are declared to have agreed to be bound by this Agreement with RWI. If you do not accept or agree to some of the Agreement’s contents, you are not allowed to continue using the Realco.co.id site.

Concerning the use of the Realco.co.id site, both RWI and you are protected by law based on regulations regarding Information and Electronic Transactions and Intellectual Property
Rights as well as based on the Civil Code applicable in the Republic of Indonesia.

1. Preliminary

Realco is run to support the fulfillment of the provisions of Article 12 of PP Number 80 of 2019 concerning Trading Through Electronic Systems (PMSE); where Business Actors are required to assist the Government’s program to prioritize trade in goods and/or services produced domestically, increase the competitiveness of goods and/or services produced domestically and provide space for the promotion of goods and/or services produced domestically.

1.1. Copyright

1.1.1. RWI and/or its licensors are the rightful owners of the material on the Realco.co.id website, including but not limited to trademarks and/or intellectual property rights, software, graphics, data, or other content thereof. The material contained in this site is listed with the permission of the owner of the material in question. It is therefore protected by the Republic of Indonesia Law no. 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright.

1.1.2. The Realco.co.id site contains information/data material that is valid and registered following applicable regulations; misuse of information/data that has been legally registered is a violation of law and can be prosecuted according to the provisions of the applicable laws. The information/data
material referred to is not limited to trademark, design, appearance, interface, and graphics.

1.1.3.The name and logo of “Realco” have been officially registered with the Ministry of Law and Human Rights, Directorate General of Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights of the Republic of Indonesia. Other parties are prohibited by law from using or acting on behalf of the “Realco” name and/or logo for the benefit of specific individuals and groups without special written authorization for that purpose, with or without Realco’s knowledge. Violation of this will be subject to copyright infringement and intellectual property rights.

1.1.4. Legal action will be taken if an attempt is found, whether intentional or unintentional, to change, access the Realco.co.id site page forcibly, which is not made for public consumption, or damage the Realco site and/, or the server device contained therein, without special permission given by the official and legitimate manager of Realco.

1.1.5. Visitors are not allowed to take data or pictures from the Realco.co.id site without the approval of Realco.

1.1.6. Visitors are not allowed to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, copy, transmit, duplicate, publish, or give permission to all materials obtained from the Realco.co.id site.

1.1.7. Visitors can display electronically, copy, take, and print from the material contained in this Realco.co.id site for their purposes and not for sale or commercial purposes.

1.2. Visitor’s Rights & Obligations

1.2.1. You, as a visitor, are responsible for the use or actions carried out on the Realco.co.id site.

1.2.2. You, as a Visitor, agree to indemnify and indemnify RWI and its affiliates from all actions the User takes that violate the law or the provisions of the Agreement.

1.2.3. You, as a visitor, are prohibited from committing fraud in using the Realco.co.id site, which is detrimental to RWI or third parties.

1.3. General

1.3.1. Visitors are prohibited from posting or commenting that has the potential to cause discord, hostility, hatred, and so on. It is forbidden to post indecent images (for example, those contains pornography or SARA), both posts and signatures. Doing a black campaign and flood message is prohibited; if a Visitor does a black campaign and flood message, the Visitor’s membership will be blocked and closed.

1.3.2. Visitors are not allowed to post advertisements in any form that contains information that is false, misleading, or contains any computer viruses on this Realco.co.id site. Also, advertisements are not allowed if they involve/are included in the category of products from competing companies from Realco.co.id

1.3.3. It is prohibited to use this Realco.co.id site other than for the purposes specified, including but not limited to the modification, copying, dissemination, re-publishing, or sending the contents of this Realco.co.id site, without prior permission from Realco.co.id.

1.3.4. It is strictly prohibited to violate or attempt to violate the security restrictions of the Realco.co.id website, including but not limited to attempting to penetrate, scan, or test the vulnerabilities of systems or networks or attempt to penetrate security or authentication measures without official permission, attempt to interfere with service to any visitor, host or network or send an unauthorized email. Violations of system or network security can result in legal or civil lawsuits.

1.3.5. Realco or the appointed parties have the right to close all or any part of this Realco.co.id site and has the right to change, improve or update all or part of the contents of this Realco.co.id site at any time without prior notice. Realco or the appointed parties are not responsible for any direct, indirect, and consequential damages arising from or relating to accessing, using, or downloading the materials on this Realco.co.id site.

1.3.6. Realco has the full right to limit the use of the service, including restrictions on the display time of content on the Realco.co.id site, content size, email messages, or content in other forms. Visitors acknowledge that Realco.co.id does not need to fulfill obligations to any party for changes, termination, or suspension of services.

1.3.7. Each Visitor is responsible for all their communications and the consequences of their postings. Realco does not represent or guarantee the honesty, accuracy, and reliability of all communications entered by other visitors or endorse any opinions expressed by visitors. Any association by a visitor with material submitted by another visitor will be at the expense of the Visitor concerned. Realco has the right to eliminate any visitors and prevent their continued access to Realco. Co.id Site, at any time due to a
violation of the Realco.co.id site or a violation of law, has the right to remove material that is harassing, illegal, disturbing, or otherwise inappropriate.

1.3.8. Exploring the Realco.co.id site allows visitors to access other sites outside the Realco.co.id site. Realco is not responsible for all direct or indirect damages and losses, as well as for the correctness of information and content outside the Realco.co.id site.

1.3.9. These Terms and Conditions act as a binding Agreement for Visitors.

1.3.10. If a problem arises in a transaction, you agree to first communicate with Realco to reach a consensus resolution. Realco will use reasonable commercial efforts to facilitate the resolution of the problem. If the problem cannot be resolved by consensus, then you can resolve it through the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI) in Surabaya.

1.4. Personal Data

1.4.1. Personal Data is specific personal data that is stored, maintained, and kept true and protected by confidentiality.

1.4.2. Certain Individual Data is any accurate and actual information attached and identifiable, either directly or indirectly, to each individual whose utilization follows the legislation’s provisions.

1.4.3. Personal Data Owner’s Approval, from now on referred to as Approval, is a written statement either manually and/or electronically given by the Personal Data Owner after receiving a complete explanation regarding the actions of acquisition, collection, processing, analysis, storage, appearance, announcement, delivery, and dissemination. And confidentiality or non-confidentiality of Personal Data.

1.4.4. All forms of information that visitors submit to Realco through the Realco.co.id site, including but not limited to suggestions, ideas, comments, images, and others, become the property of Realco. Realco has the right to use such information (except personal data) without obtaining prior Approval and compensating the visitor or any other party.

1.4.5. Realco does not sell, rent, transmit, or disclose the personal data information that visitors submit to any third party without the visitor’s prior consent. The personal data in question is the visitor’s name, address, telephone/fax number, and e-mail address. Realco will use the personal data with the visitor’s consent for promotional notifications, sending gifts, and other notifications.

1.4.6. Realco only knows the personal data, and the parties appointed can access the personal data. Realco and the appointed parties will use the personal data to manage promotions, analyze data, process data, and provide services to visitors. These designated parties are prohibited from disclosing the personal data to any third party, prohibited from using the personal data for other purposes, and must maintain the confidentiality of the personal data. All data that Realco receives is deemed correct and sent by the party authorized to provide the data.

1.5. Delivery of Materials

1.5.1. Visitors acknowledge and are responsible for any material that visitors submit to this Realco.co.id site, including the legality, authenticity, and copyright of each such material.

1.5.2. Visitors are prohibited from posting (uploading), disseminating, writing messages, or publishing through this Realco.co.id site any content that is defamatory, defamatory, pornographic, insulting, is an unpleasant act, or which can lead to or encourage criminal acts, violate the rights of others.

1.6. Disclaimer

1.6.1. All kinds of information (benefits, news, testimonials, comments) on this site is general information. It is important to note that the information on this site should not be used as a basis or a means of diagnosing health conditions or treating certain diseases.

1.6.2. Realco is not responsible for inaccurate information, comments, or testimonials posted by customers or members.

1.6.3. It is expected at the customer’s discretion that the product’s effect will vary for each person depending on several factors, such as age, gender, lifestyle, metabolism, genetic factors, health level, skin type, and others.

1.6.4. Realco is not responsible for the impact or side effects experienced by customers when using the product caused by incompatibility with the customer’s immune system or skin. However, we are fully responsible for the authenticity of all our products.
